The Multifamily Energy Savings will serve both deed and non-deed restricted low income multifamily buildings with comprehensive energy saving improvements to help provide the whole building with long-term reductions in energy consumption. Through a whole-building approach the MFES program will install applicable in-unit, common area and whole building measures. To participate, customers must have active accounts with SoCal Edison, SoCalGas or SDG&E and meet applicable income qualifications or building requirements.
